I think for the price we paid it was sort of ok. I wouldn't stay there again because we couldn't lock the door and they only had a bottom sheet on the bed. I reiterate however that you can't expect much for 38.00 us a night and that's what we got, not much

This place is great. 5 mins out of the way from Kuta which feels like another world - thanks god. Simple and clean the staff were very friendly - Obviously run by a family. Would recommend to budget conscious. I am going back next month.
It is simple. Only a bottom sheet and no soap but if you are backpacking or budget traveller this is really no problem

The rooms are set in a lovely garden and the family who run it are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfy and away from the noise of the Kuta shopping area but still close enough to walk to in 5 minutes.
True there was not a sheet on the bed (only and under sheet) but for the price the room was excellent.

It's very near airport (1km). If you do not have too many baggages, you can walk to the airport.
It does not have the hot water to take a bath. And there are many mosquito in the eveing.

For 20 USD, you cant ask for more. Friendly staff, clean rooms and smack in the middle of Kuta. Great place and amazing location for the price. Lots of trees around, better in person then the pictures.

At the beginning we booked just for one night because of the position( really close to the airport) , then we extended the staying because we didn't like the Kuta and central mains streets atmosphere(too noisy). So , we recommend this hotel if you want to relax yourself and have good sleeping. We rent a motorbike for 50000 per day and we went all around Bali. We had good time. Staff friendly, wifi ok.
A lot of mosquitos and the fan was too small.
